Real Estate photography & much more: Apartment in Los Angeles

A recent photoshoot was conducted for a cozy apartment located Los Angeles. Although compact, the goal was to highlight its full potential, especially emphasizing the remarkable high ceilings. As the apartment is situated on the top floor of the building, part of its layout extends directly under the roof, creating an expansive sense of space. The high ceilings give the apartment an airy and open feel, making it appear much larger than its square footage might suggest. Capturing this sense of spaciousness was a key focus during the shoot.

To maintain the apartment's true proportions, wide-angle lenses were used carefully to avoid distortion while still showcasing the overall layout. Special attention was given to the interior details to reflect the unique character of the space. In addition to interior shots, drone photography was employed to capture the surrounding neighborhood, providing a broader context of the area. A floor plan was also included to give viewers a clearer understanding of the apartment’s layout, ensuring they can fully appreciate its charm.
