Love Story at Christmas Tree Farm

Finding the perfect location for a photoshoot is always a challenge, and when it needs to be somewhere close to Los Angeles, the task can feel nearly impossible. That’s exactly how I felt—ready to give up after searching high and low. But as luck would have it, I stumbled upon Hagle Christmas Tree Farm, a place that turned out to be more than just a tree farm—it was a treasure.
The goal of the photoshoot was straightforward yet nuanced: to capture a young couple’s experience of picking out their Christmas tree. However, the focus wasn’t meant to be on the tree itself or even the holiday. It was about the couple—about their moments together, their connection, and their joy. The farm, with its endless rows of evergreens, served as a perfect backdrop, setting the mood without overshadowing the intimacy of the story.

The session stretched over hours, not because of delays, but because it became clear that this wasn’t just about taking pictures—it was about creating a narrative. A story of two people laughing, exploring, and savoring the moment as they walked through the trees and selected their perfect pine. Every corner of the farm felt like it had been crafted for photography, from the inviting pathways to the soft light filtering through the canopy.
Hagle Christmas Tree Farm gave us more than just stunning photos; it gave us a stage for storytelling. It’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. Photography isn’t just about capturing images—it’s about preserving emotions, crafting memories, and telling stories that people will cherish for years to come.
